2、撤除與電動機銜接的一切接線，用絕緣電阻表丈量繞組對機座的絕緣電阻。若小于0．5MΩ時，應停止烘干處置，丈量合格后再將撤除的接線恢復。

3、檢查涼茬機換向器的外表能否光亮，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有機械損傷或火花灼痕應停止必要的處置。
